Board of Trustees

The foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which is solely responsible for the management of the Triangle Foundation. Section 2.1 of the Triangle Foundation's Bylaws states: The activities, property and affairs of the Foundation shall be managed by its Board of Trustees, who may exercise all such powers of the Foundation and do all such lawful acts and things as are permitted by statute, by the Articles of Incorporation or by these bylaws. |
